After September 15, 2018 only on-site registration and payments will be accepted.

The registration fee includes:

• admission to all conference and satellite meetings
• 10 world-famous plenary speakers
• conference materials
• all lunches and coffee/snack breaks
• one evening reception (cash bar, free Hors d’oeuvres)
• one-year membership to the Complex Systems Society (CSS)
• full passcode-protected access to the conference mobile app for smartphones, pads and computers

Notes

• Students - When picking up the registration materials, students are expected to produce proof of their student status.
• Academics - refers to Faculty & researchers at tertiary & research institutions and laboratories.
• Non Academics - refers to anyone other than students & academics e.g. government officers and industry related personnel.

Cancellation fees

For cancellations requested up to August 21 for payments made for the registration fee, participation to gala dinner and excursions, there is full refund of the amount paid minus €50  for operational and bank expenses.
For cancellations made after August 21, there is no refund.
Cancellation requests must identify the registrant’s name, email address and amount paid.

Student grants

CCS18 organizers offer a small number of supplemental travel grants to eligible and selected student authors who plan to present and publish their work at the conference.
Each grant is intended to partially reimburse travel expenses (airfare and 5 nights at a 3* hotel) and the registration fee.

• You must be a full-time student author in an undergraduate, or graduate program, who will present your accepted paper or ignite talk or poster at the conference.
• You must submit your abstract by the deadline.
• Postdoctoral students (students who have completed their PhD, ScD, or MD program) are NOT eligible.

If you are eligible to apply for the grant, and you have received your official abstract acceptance notification email, you should send us an email (ccs2018@auth.gr) requesting the grant, along with a reference letter from your supervising professor or department head. Deadline for applications: June 25, 2018

Accompanying Person

The Accompanying Persons Fee (50 euro) includes:

• Conference’s Welcoming Reception
• One day excursion to Chalkidiki (24/9/2018).

The trip will start at 09:30 AM from the Vellidio Convention Center.
Participants will be transported by bus to one of the local beaches where they will be able to enjoy the beautiful Greek sun and sea. Included in the excursion is a coffee or a refreshment drink and a snack for lunch. Departure from the beach will start at 5PM.
